  • Eco-Warriors

    This term we have set up a team of Eco-Warriors headed up by Carys Herbert-Johnson who is also on our School Council, they have been involved in the plastic bottle collecting around school and organising the recycling of paper in school. Phil Chadwick for Warrington Borough Council was on hand to talk them through the safety aspects and lead the team on the pick. The Litter Pick was a great success and the Eco-Team are looking to follow it up with other recycling projects.

  • Warrington Wolves

    ONE Warrington school will be able to boast THREE Wolves first-team players this season, and all of them say they remember their school days fondly.

    New signing Andre Savelio attended Cardinal Newman RC High School and was in the same form as half-back Dec Patton, while young utility player Harvey Livett was two years below them.

  • World book Day

    World Book Day was once again a real success and thank-you to all who took part. The cake sale for the Library raised 80 pounds. This will go towards buying new resources for the Library

  • Future In Minds

    Warrington Schools have joined a Future in Minds initiative to Promote positive mental health and resilience across all Warrington high schools. Pupils have received information during assemblies in October and February.

    The Guardian Angels received special training from Lisa Wisher (Psychotherapist) on how to promote positive mental health and how to help other students recognise when they are becoming stressed and anxious, and how to sign post pupils to relevant support.
